Once you’ve subscribed, Subscribe & Save is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a subscription by logging into your account. If you don’t have an account with us yet, setting one up is easy. And once you’re setup, your subscription orders will show up automatically under ‘Manage subscriptions’ within your account. Note: please allow up to 36 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Change an order date:
To change your next order date, please visit the ‘Delivery schedule’ tab under ‘Manage subscriptions’ and click the ‘Edit’ button next to the product/subscription that you’d like to edit. Then select ‘Change next charge date’. This will change the order date for the entire order.
- If an order contains multiple items, and you would only like to change the order date of a single item, please visit the ‘Manage subscriptions' tab and identify the individual item you would like to modify. Please click the next order date for the individual item and select your desired next order date from the pop-up calendar.
Skip a delivery:
To skip an order, please visit the ‘Delivery schedule’ tab under ‘Manage subscriptions’ and click the ‘Skip’ button near the next order date to skip the entire order.
Change shipment frequency:
To modify the delivery frequency for a Subscribe & Save item, please visit the ‘Manage subscriptions' tab and then select ‘Subscriptions’ and then select ‘Edit’ next to the subscription you’d like to update. Then select the third option ‘Change delivery schedule’ to whatever you’d like it to be.
To cancel a Subscribe & Save item, please visit ‘Manage subscriptions’ tab and then select ‘Subscriptions’. Next to the subscription you’d like to cancel, simply click the ‘Cancel’ button. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected ‘ok’, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will also receive an email notification confirming this.
